Our program offers various tracks, with each track helping employees understand a new perspective and deepen their skills for respectful behavior. We currently offer three types of tracks:

Our Methodology
Each track has three modules allowing us to deliver our program in small increments, over time, to build new habits:
1. Civility and Respect Survey Module
2. Emotional Learning Module via VR, which can be experienced in three different ways

Computer immersive video experience (no other equipment needed),
-
Mobile VR headset experience (mobile phone + mobile VR headset), or
-
Oculus VR headset in office setting
3. Cognitive Learning Module (E-learning)
